The Christian Centre, built in the 1980s, near the Thorley Park Shopping Centre. This has been the home of an informal evening service on the third Sunday of each month since September 2006.
The Church Room, on the north side of the churchyard was rebuilt in 1994. Originally it was the first school in Thorley, and was therefore quite old by the time we started to use it. On Sunday afternoons in the summer we serve teas to those who come to tend graves or enjoy the countryside that still surrounds the church and in winter we offer a soup & a roll lunch.
However the church is far more than its buildings – it’s the people and our vision and mission that drive our activities and keep us coming to worship.
