The Friends of St James the Great, Thorley (FOSJ) is a registered charity (Reg. No. 288678) and assists the Rector and Parochial Church Council in maintaining and beautifying our church and churchyard. Members seek to raise funds in support of this work by organising regular events.
These events are also opportunities for people to find out more about St James’. There is a Festival of Flowers & Music held annually over the August Bank Holiday Weekend, Sunday Afternoon Teas are offered during the summer and an annual Quiz Evening.
