Bellringers: The bellringers draw the congregation to the 11.15am service every Sunday. They also ring for special celebrations such as weddings and to welcome the New Year. One of the six bells has been calling people to church in Thorley since 1628; it weighs a massive 9cwt. As a proficient bellringer you would be sure of a warm welcome in any church tower around the country. If you are 16 years old or older, whether you are new to bell ringing or an experienced ringer, you are welcome to join the bell ringers on Tuesday evenings from 8 - 9 pm.
